Given the nature of the internet, it is inevitable that we need to collect certain information to provide you with the requested services. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") will help you fully understand how we collect, use, share, store, and protect your personal information during your use of our products or services, as well as how you can manage your personal information, enabling you to make more appropriate choices.

Before confirming your acceptance of this Policy, please carefully read and understand all its contents, paying special attention to the clauses we have marked in bold. 1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App/Wap2App). During the operation of the application, we need to collect your device serial numbers (IMEI/MAC address/Android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, and SIM card IMSI information) to provide statistical analysis services. We also analyze application startup data and abnormal error logs to improve performance and user experience, thereby delivering better services to users. For details, please refer to the DCloud User Service Terms.

To provide you with online shopping services, our basic functions include account registration and login, product/service information display, order placement and management, payment processing, product/service delivery, customer service and after-sales support, and transaction security assurance. In the course of using these functions, we will collect and use the necessary personal information related to you, including your mobile phone number, recipient's name, shipping address, contact phone number, payment time, payment amount, and payment method. For specific fields, please refer to the personal information highlighted in bold in this Privacy Policy. If you do not provide the corresponding information, you will not be able to use our products and/or services normally.

In addition to basic functions, we also provide you with some additional functions, including services based on permission settings to enhance your shopping experience and information publishing functions. You may choose to separately consent to or refuse our collection and use of the personal information involved in these additional functions. If you refuse to provide such information, you will not be able to use the relevant additional functions normally, but this will not affect your use of our basic functions.

Please understand that due to differences in the versions and scopes of products/services selected by different users, if there is any inconsistency between the collection and use rules displayed for specific functions and this Privacy Policy, the content displayed for the specific functions shall prevail. The functional scenarios we provide for you and the specific personal information collected and used are as follows:

1.1 Account Registration and Login

When you register to use our services, you need to provide us with your mobile phone number. We will verify the validity of your identity by sending a SMS verification code and identify and display the corresponding carrier through SIM card information. Your account name will be your default nickname, and you can independently choose to modify and supplement your nickname, avatar, account name, as well as your real-name authentication information. All such information falls under your "account information".

After completing registration, you may choose to log in using our account information or authorize us to obtain your third-party account information for login. If you do not provide such information, you will not be able to log in and use our products and/or services. In this case, you may use the browsing and search functions, and we will not collect the aforementioned personal information from you.

1.2 Order Placement and Management

When you choose to settle payment for products/services, an order for the products you purchase will be generated. You need to fill in at least the recipient's name, shipping address (which you can manually enter or allow the system to obtain your location information), and mobile phone number in the order. Meanwhile, the order will specify the order number, information about the products or services you purchased, order placement time, the payment amount you need to pay, and the payment method. You may also fill in the recipient's contact phone number, email address, and postal code to add more contact methods to ensure the accurate delivery of the products. Failure to fill in this information will not affect the generation of your order. If you need to issue an invoice, you also need to provide the invoice title, taxpayer identification number, and the email address to receive the invoice.

All the above information constitutes your "order information". We will use your order information (including collaborating with third parties that provide the above services to us) to verify your identity, confirm transactions, process payment settlements, complete delivery, assist you in querying orders, and provide customer service consultation and after-sales services. We will also use your order information to determine whether there are any abnormalities in your transactions to protect your transaction security. When abnormal behaviors are triggered (e.g., abnormal payment amounts), we will collect your location information; however, we will not collect such information from normal users.

1.3 Payment Function

After you place an order, you may choose the payment services provided by our affiliated parties or third-party payment institutions we cooperate with (including Alipay, WeChat Pay, and other payment channels, hereinafter referred to as "payment institutions"). We need to share your order number and transaction amount information with these payment institutions to complete the order placement and payment functions. When you use the payment function, the payment institution will collect or verify your bank card information (including debit cards and credit cards) and other necessary payment information through its page to confirm your payment instructions and complete the payment. The applicable privacy policies of each payment institution shall apply.

To track your payment progress and status, we will collect corresponding payment information from the payment institution you selected, including payment time, payment method, and payment amount.

1.4 Product/Service Delivery

After you complete your order placement, or after you obtain trial products or prizes, we (including our affiliated parties, suppliers, cooperating merchants, or delivery companies) will complete the delivery of your order. You acknowledge and agree that your order information will be used in the above processes to ensure that the products you ordered can be delivered safely.(1) If you are not interested in the products or services displayed in the "Recommended for You" section on the product page, you can adjust the settings in Me > Settings > Enable Personalized Recommendations.(2) If you do not wish to receive message notifications sent by the APP, you can adjust the settings in Me > Settings > Notification Permissions on the mobile APP.

1.5 Customer Service and After-Sales Support

Our telephone customer service and after-sales functions will use your account information and order information. To ensure the security of your account, our call center and online customer service will verify your identity using your account information. When you need us to provide customer service and after-sales services related to your order information, we will query your order information. In addition, when you apply for a refund or return, we need to collect your contact person, contact information, and return address to ensure the completion of the corresponding after-sales services. If you have obtained or purchased shipping insurance for the product, the shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process may be eligible for compensation from the shipping insurance service provider. To facilitate insurance application and claims settlement, we will collect or query the warranty period of the product you purchased, the courier company for the returned or exchanged product, the tracking number, the return address, and the delivery time information.

1.6 Transaction Security Assurance

To ensure the stability and security of the system when you use our products and/or services, prevent unauthorized access to your personal information, and more accurately prevent fraud and protect account security, we need to collect your device information (device model, OAID/IDFA, Android ID/OPENUDID, IDFV, operating system and software version, device status, network status, and processes running in this APP), log information, IP address, browsing information, order information, SIM card information (carrier and country code), and battery usage status to identify whether you are a real natural person user. When abnormal behaviors are triggered (e.g., login from an unusual location, multiple incorrect password entries, abnormal payment amounts, or abnormal operation behavior logs), we will collect your location information, SSID, Wi-Fi name, and list of commonly used software (processed locally only, not uploaded to the server); however, we will not collect such information from normal users. We may also record some links ("URLs") that we consider risky. We will also collect your device information to analyze system issues, count traffic, troubleshoot potential risks, and assist in troubleshooting when you choose to send us exception information. If you do not provide the above information, we will not be able to protect the security of your services and account during your use of the services.

1.7 Other Additional Functions

1.7.1 Application Permission Application and Usage Rules

To make your shopping experience more convenient and enjoyable, we need to access your system permissions to collect and use the necessary personal information. If you do not enable these permissions, it will not affect your use of our basic functions, but you may not be able to use the additional functions that enhance your shopping experience, or you may need to repeatedly fill in certain information when purchasing some products. For details on the permissions we need to apply for and the purposes for collecting and using the corresponding personal information, please refer to the relevant section here. You can also make separate settings in Me > Account Settings > Privacy Settings.

Camera Permission: To facilitate your use of this function to upload photos/images/videos and send captured images in scenarios such as avatar replacement.

Photo Album Permission: To facilitate your use of this function to upload photos/images/videos and read and write to the photo album and file content in scenarios such as avatar replacement.

Read Phone Status: We access your phone permission to obtain your device's unique identifier (IMEI), which is basic information that must be collected to provide services, so as to complete security risk control and conduct user statistics.

Clipboard: To copy order numbers and tracking numbers for your convenience in quickly querying order information.

1.7.2 Information Publishing Rules

Please note that when you publish information, your account information (nickname, avatar, account name) and the content you publish will be made public upon publication. Please make such choices cautiously. If the information you publish contains the personal information of others, please obtain the consent of the relevant individuals in advance before publishing.

1.8 Other Personal Information Usage Rules

If we intend to use your personal information for purposes not specified in this Privacy Policy, or use information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, we will explicitly seek your prior consent.

For functions and scenarios not explicitly covered in this Privacy Policy, we will display the corresponding personal information collection and usage rules to you when you actually use the function or scenario and obtain your explicit consent.

2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

2.1 Use of Cookies

During your use of our services, we will send one or more small data files called Cookies to your computer or mobile device. The purpose is to simplify your repeated login process, store your shopping preferences or the product data in your shopping cart, thereby providing you with personalized shopping preference settings, helping you optimize your selection and interaction with advertisements, and assisting in verifying your login status as well as account or data security.

You can delete all Cookies stored on your computer. Most web browsers automatically accept Cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to refuse Cookies according to your needs. Please note that information you voluntarily share or even publicly post when using our services may involve your own or third parties' personal information, or even sensitive personal information. 4. How We Protect and Store Your Personal Information

4.1 Technical and Organizational Measures for Protecting Your Personal Information

We attach great importance to personal information security and take all reasonably feasible measures to protect your personal information:

Data Security Technical MeasuresWe adopt industry-standard security protection measures, including establishing reasonable system specifications and security technologies to prevent unauthorized access, use, or modification of your personal information, and avoid data damage or loss. For example: Our network services adopt Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption technology and provide browsing services via HTTPS to ensure the security of user data during transmission. When processing personal information, we adopt various data desensitization technologies including content replacement and SHA256 to enhance the security of personal information in use.

Other Security Measures for Protecting Personal InformationWe manage and standardize the storage and use of personal information by establishing a data classification and grading system, data security management specifications, and data security development specifications. We implement comprehensive security control over data through confidentiality agreements signed with information access personnel, as well as monitoring and auditing mechanisms. We have established a Data Security Committee, with a dedicated information protection department and a data security incident response team under it to promote and ensure personal information security.

The underlying cloud technology used to store your personal information has obtained the Level 3 Certification of "Trusted Cloud" issued by the Data Center Alliance, passed the Level 3 Certification of the Cybersecurity Classified Protection Scheme of the Ministry of Public Security, and also obtained ISO27001 certification. We also organize security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.

Security Incident Handling

To respond to potential risks such as personal information leakage, damage, or loss, we have formulated a number of systems clarifying the classification and grading standards for security incidents and vulnerabilities and the corresponding handling processes.

In the event of a personal information security incident, we will, in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations, promptly notify you of: the basic details and potential impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and mitigate risks, and remedial measures for you. At the same time, we will promptly notify you of the relevant details of the incident via email, letter, telephone, or other means. If it is difficult to notify each individual information subject one by one, we will adopt reasonable and effective methods to issue a public notice. In addition, we will proactively report the handling of the personal information security incident to the regulatory authorities in accordance with their requirements.

4.2 Storage of Your Personal Information

Your personal information will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. If you use cross-border transaction services and need to transmit your personal information overseas to complete the transaction, we will separately obtain your authorized consent and require the recipient to process your personal information in accordance with the data protection agreement signed between both parties, this Privacy Policy, and the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.

During your use of our products and/or services, your personal information will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, and the storage period will also be determined in conjunction with the mandatory retention requirements specified by applicable laws, such as the E-Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China, which requires that product and service information and transaction information be stored for no less than three years from the date of completion of the transaction. After the expiration of the storage period, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws.

5.2 Deletion of Your Personal Information

You can delete part of your personal information through the access and correction paths specified in this Privacy Policy, or delete all your personal information by canceling your account.

You may request us to delete your personal information in the following circumstances:

If our processing of your personal information violates applicable laws and regulations;

If we collected or used your personal information without obtaining your consent;

If our processing of your personal information seriously violates the agreements we have signed with you.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also use reasonable efforts to notify entities that have obtained your personal information from us and require them to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations, or these entities have obtained your independent authorization.

After you or we assist you in deleting relevant information, due to applicable legal and security technical constraints, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the system. We will securely store your personal information and restrict any further processing of it until it can be deleted or anonymized.

5.3 Changing the Scope of Your Authorized Consent or Withdrawing Your Authorization

You can also withdraw all authorizations for us to continue collecting your personal information by canceling your account.

Please understand that each business function requires certain basic personal information to be completed. When you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, nor will we process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the processing of personal information carried out based on your prior authorization.

5.4 Account Cancellation

Regarding the methods and conditions for canceling your account, after you cancel your account, we will stop providing products and/or services to you and delete your personal information or anonymize it in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws.

5.6 Responding to Your Requests

To ensure security, we may require you to submit a written request or provide your identity verification documents. We will respond to your request within 15 days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity.

We will not charge fees for your reasonable requests in principle, but we may charge a reasonable cost fee for repeated requests or those that exceed a reasonable limit. We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical means (e.g., developing a new system or fundamentally changing existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (e.g., involving information stored on backup tapes).

For the children's personal information we collect, in addition to complying with the provisions of this Privacy Policy regarding user personal information, we will also strictly follow the principles of legality, necessity, informed consent, clear purpose, security protection, and lawful utilization, and comply with the requirements of the Regulations on the Protection of Minors' Personal Information Online and other laws and regulations for storage, use, and disclosure.
